The Perfect Pairing: Lemon Tahini Dressing for All Your Dishes

Ingredients:

¼ cup tahini

⅓ cup water

1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey)

Juice of 1 lemon

1 garlic clove, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

Mustard Dijon ( optional )

Instructions:

In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, water, maple syrup, lemon juice, and minced garlic until smooth and creamy.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. If the dressing is too thick, add more water, a tablespoon at a time, until it reaches your desired consistency.
