Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 cup milk (180 ml)
1 cup flour (100g)
2 cups bsisa (200g)
1 cup mixed dried fruits (raisins, chopped apricots, etc.)
1 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup vegetable oil (150 ml)
1 cup sugar (100g)
1 tablespoon baking powder (15g)
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar (8g)
Dried fruits for decoration (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
Combine wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vegetable oil.
